Clear expectations for the preview.

Pre-release status

ClipMyDay is currently presented as an Android preview in development. Features may change before public release, and this website does not claim that the app is available in every country, device configuration or app store.

Install only builds supplied through a channel identified by Kastovia. Do not disable Android security controls to install a test build.

Your content and your backups

You retain responsibility for the photos, videos, notes and movies you choose to use. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to capture, edit and share that content.

Local-first storage avoids an account dependency, but it also means you should create archives and copy them somewhere safe. An archive kept only on the same phone does not protect against loss, damage or device reset.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClipMyDay to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; distribute malware; bypass security; or create or share unlawful content. Respect people who appear in your memories and obtain consent when required.

Google Play purchases

If a Pro product becomes available, Google Play shows the localized price and confirmation before payment. Google’s purchase, refund and account rules apply to that transaction. The preview does not promise a price that Google Play has not supplied.

Availability and responsibility

The preview is provided for evaluation. Reasonable efforts are made to protect data integrity and recover interrupted media work, but no software or device storage can guarantee against every hardware failure, codec incompatibility or data loss.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use the archive feature and keep independent copies of irreplaceable originals. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
